Viewers will learn to embed appropriate research and strategies in a lesson plan template. Teachers will model use of the template as they intentionally plan for and implement a positive classroom climate and physical environment, effective verbal and nonverbal communication, and rules, routines and consequences connected to lesson outcomes. Maximum student engagement, academic achievement and self-responsible citizenship will be the end result.
