Imperative because time spent in the classroom must be spent wisely and be beneficial to the student. Ethical behavior must be a constant companion. It is not something that can be taken lightly. A competent teacher is aware of, and adheres to, the Code of Ethics and Principles of Professional Conduct of the Education Profession in Florida.
